Global Alliance’s equity capital markets scope includes underwriting initial public offering, secondary offerings, split offerings and shelf offering under SEC Rule 415 and participate syndicate groups for the selling corporate securities for public corporate clients.  As well as, acting as placement agent for private corporate clients.

Global Alliance’s corporate clients are typically small to mid-size companies in the United States and international emerging markets. Global Alliance sales professionals have accumulated their existing relationship during their tenures in the financial services industry.

We take pride in interact and assisting our corporate clients by leveraging our experience in due diligence, drafting, execution and sales to achieve the goals of the corporate client and investor.  Global Alliance works diligently with legal and accounting professionals appointed by the issuer in making contributions to offering documentation and materials used during public/private offering.  The professionals of Global Alliance, during their careers in financial industry, have placed numerous private placements and debt financings. Global Alliance acts as an introductory broker or dealer, clearing all transactions on a fully disclosed basis with our clearing agent.
